Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations, supported by data insights, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
- Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of optimized processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, using KPIs and metrics to measure success.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements and validate solutions with key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and business cases to support decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in process optimization and IT-business alignment.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
