Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end production services and business solutions for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, reducing inefficiencies, and implementing best practices in production services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance of production services across APAC.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key liaison between regional business units and global technology teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and RBC’s internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production services, business solutions, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and digital transformation in a global organization.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, production support, and business process management.
- Experience working in the financial services industry, with knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English is required; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage teams across multiple time zones.
