Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for MVNO, cloud, and SMS-based projects.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, functional requirements, and process flows.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and analyze project outcomes to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecommunications, cloud services, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in MVNO, cloud solutions, or SMS-based projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.
