Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and update IT systems, including computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure for new branch locations.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to implement company-wide IT policies and procedures.
- Train and support staff on the use of IT systems and software.
- Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to different branch locations as needed.
