Responsibility
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify suitable locations for telecommunications infrastructure.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to site acquisition, permitting, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and legal, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to management and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during site acquisition and development.
- Provide support in project coordination and communication with external vendors and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site acquisition, telecommunications, or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes in Eastern & Northern Samar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficient in documentation and reporting, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
