Responsibility
- Conduct onsite and online software demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
- Lead the implementation of software solutions, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.

- Provide training and support to clients to ensure smooth adoption of software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues to maintain client satisfaction.
- Document implementation processes and client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software updates to provide expert guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software implementation or consulting roles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for onsite client visits as needed.
