Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for insurance transformation projects, from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
- Identify and document business processes, gaps, and opportunities for improvement using industry best practices.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify trends in the insurance sector.
- Design and implement KPIs and metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Act as a liaison between business units and external partners to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects with measurable impact on efficiency and revenue.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and process modeling (e.g., BPMN).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and digital innovation trends.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
