Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT project implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IT project implementation.
- Proven track record of managing cross-industry and regional projects with a global mindset.
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and UML diagrams.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
