Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis and identify areas for improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, development, QA) to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to guide development efforts.
- Perform data modeling, reporting, and KPI tracking to measure project success and ROI.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure Agile/Scrum methodologies are followed.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, software development, or consulting.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (BABOK, Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
