Responsibility
- Lead the analysis of HR and Finance business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for technical solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes, recommending strategic solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business units and IT teams.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, data models, and system integrations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and are completed on time.
- Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HR or Finance projects.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ERP, or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
