Responsibility
- Collaborate with front-office teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PE/WM systems and processes.
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support investment decision-making and client reporting.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and test cases for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Support the integration of third-party tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, portfolio management, risk analytics) with existing systems.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and workflows.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to assess their impact on business operations and technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Private Equity, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking.
- Proven expertise in front-office systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Charles River, Advent Geneva, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and portfolio management tools is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CFA are advantageous.
