Responsibility
- Strategic Business Analysis: Lead end-to-end business analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients, executives, and technical teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Solution Design: Develop scalable, technology-driven solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, data models, and systems to recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
- Requirements Management: Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and process maps.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of new systems/processes by facilitating training and adoption strategies.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree: In Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital transformation, ERP, or CRM implementations.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, or UML modeling.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with expertise in data analysis, process mapping (BPMN), and SWOT analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Agile/Scrum Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ICT trends, cloud solutions, or enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Soft Skills: Leadership, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
