Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven healthcare applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing health system workflows.
- Optimize full-stack solutions (frontend, backend, and databases) for performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive innovation initiatives by researching emerging technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision) and proposing actionable implementations.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in software development and DevOps.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly guides for stakeholders and end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees in AI/ML are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on AI/ML integration.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (React/Node.js), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory compliance.
