Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement Genesys Cloud integrations with Active Directory, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud contact center solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Genesys Cloud integrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Genesys Cloud configurations, integrations, and processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Genesys Cloud features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud engineering or a similar role.
- Proven experience in integrating Genesys Cloud with Active Directory, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center technologies and architectures.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and APIs for automation and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
