Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-driven healthcare solutions, from ideation to production.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and healthcare professionals to identify and prioritize AI use cases that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, testing, and validation of machine learning models and AI algorithms, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Manage a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, and UX designers to deliver high-quality, scalable AI applications.
- Drive innovation by researching and evaluating emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to healthcare.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and technology providers to enhance AI capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI solutions, iterating based on feedback and data-driven insights.
- Present progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions in healthcare or a regulated industry (e.g., finance, biotech).
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices for scalable AI deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
