Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Lead gap analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate new technologies and their business impact.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide performance reports to senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and sprint planning sessions to align teams on project goals and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing post-implementation results and iterating on solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital transformation, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, UML, BPMN, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in global or distributed teams and adapting to diverse cultural contexts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API integrations is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach and attention to detail.
