Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance banking applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to support core banking functionalities.
- Implement secure coding practices (OWASP standards) to protect sensitive financial data.
- Optimize database performance (SQL/NoSQL) for high-volume transaction processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver seamless digital banking experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging fintech trends (e.g., open banking, blockchain) and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven track record in banking, fintech, or financial services software development.
- Expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and modern UI/UX principles.
- Strong knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB) and caching mechanisms (Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
