Responsibility
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights
- Implement and manage data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric for seamless data integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs that drive business performance
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems
- Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (query optimization, complex joins, stored procedures)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization best practices)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Data Factory/Synapse) is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Python, R, or Excel for data analysis is advantageous
