As a key player in our Information & Communication Technology division, you will lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, translating complex needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and actionable insights. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for IT development teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows and systems.
- Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and UML diagrams using industry-standard tools.
- Support agile/Scrum methodologies by prioritizing backlog items and refining user stories for sprint planning.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, digital transformation, or consulting.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Strong proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, JIRA, Confluence) and SQL/Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with global teams.
