Responsibility
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies to develop user-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven optimizations.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions and their impact on business operations.
- Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions through KPIs and user feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends in business analysis, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation.
- Proven expertise in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in IT, finance, or consulting industries is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Design Thinking are advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
