Responsibility
- Monitor in-game activities to ensure compliance with rules and fair play.
- Respond to player inquiries, complaints, and reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve disputes between players, ensuring a positive gaming experience for all.
- Collaborate with game developers and customer support teams to identify and address recurring issues.
- Organize and host in-game events to enhance player engagement and community interaction.
- Enforce game policies and guidelines, taking appropriate action against violations.
- Provide feedback to the development team based on player behavior and trends.
- Maintain detailed records of player interactions and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for gaming.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of online gaming communities and player behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms, forums, or social media is a plus.
