Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable digital solutions to optimize business processes and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose data-driven, technology-enabled improvements.
- Lead the integration of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT devices, and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, process automation, and decision-making support.
- Ensure seamless system interoperability and data security across digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital solutions, iterating based on KPIs and user feedback.
- Provide training and support to teams adopting new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends (e.g., blockchain, edge computing) and assess their applicability to business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, software development, or IT consulting.
- Proven expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), API development, and system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, and IoT ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Dutch, Indonesian) are a plus.
