Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of CASA, Time Deposit, and banking transaction workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and document business requirements, process maps, and user stories for banking systems and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to design and implement scalable solutions for financial transactions.
- Lead end-to-end process reengineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to transaction volumes, error rates, and processing times.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and UAT sessions to ensure alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends in banking to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making for product enhancements and new feature rollouts.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in CASA, Time Deposits, or retail banking.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end financial transaction processes (e.g., account openings, deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart) and SQL for data extraction.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, AML/KYC compliance, and core banking systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge gaps between business and technology teams.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Canggu, Bali (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
