Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain process models, data flow diagrams, and business case justifications to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and presentations to communicate findings, proposals, and project updates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in ICT and business analysis to drive continuous innovation.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Proven expertise in business process modeling (BPMN), UML, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and requirements management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments with a self-driven approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
