Responsibility
- Lead the analysis of business processes to identify AI and automation opportunities, with a focus on Claude and other LLM-based solutions.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications for AI/ML models and workflows.
- Design and document scalable enterprise AI use cases, including chatbots, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to implement AI solutions that align with business goals.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to assess the viability of AI-driven initiatives.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success and ROI of AI implementations.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends (e.g., generative AI, NLP, computer vision) and recommend innovative applications.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on AI capabilities and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in AI/ML projects.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-powered business solutions (e.g., chatbots, automation, predictive models).
- Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT) and their practical applications in enterprise settings.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and process modeling (BPMN, UML).
- Certifications in AI, Business Analysis (CBAP), or Project Management (PMP) are a plus.
