Responsibility
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in existing systems, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to guide development and testing phases.
- Validate and prioritize requirements to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear communication and resolving ambiguities.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Systems Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering techniques (e.g., JAD, user stories, BPMN).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SQL, UML, or ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are advantageous.
