Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical distributions.
- Manage and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure energy efficiency, automation, and real-time monitoring.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of M&E systems to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and facility managers to integrate M&E solutions in new construction and retrofit projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO, ASHRAE).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and emergency response protocols for critical systems.
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and cost estimates for M&E projects and upgrades.
- Train and supervise technical staff and vendors on system operations, safety, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, LEED) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Services, M&E Engineering, or Facility Management, preferably in commercial or high-rise properties.
- Proven expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distributions, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations; experience in Southeast Asia is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
