Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance SportSG’s visibility, reputation, and engagement across target audiences.
- Lead the creation and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, partnerships) to align branding efforts with organizational goals and campaigns.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, and public relations, to amplify brand reach.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation in the sports and lifestyle sectors.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-impact branding projects and activations.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Champion SportSG’s mission by creating compelling narratives that inspire participation in sports and active lifestyles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing brand strategies for organizations, preferably in the sports, lifestyle, or public sector.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio showcasing successful branding campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of how branding can drive social impact and community engagement.
