Responsibility
- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair.
- Lead and mentor junior bartenders, ensuring consistent service standards and teamwork.
- Develop and innovate new drink menus, incorporating local flavors and premium ingredients.
- Maintain bar inventory, including stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and creating memorable interactions.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to enhance overall dining and bar experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and emerging spirits to keep our offerings cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Bartender, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
- Proven expertise in classic and contemporary cocktail preparation, including molecular mixology.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, BarSmarts) is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering five-star service.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
