Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team for prompt resolution.
- Follow established safety and security procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient housekeeping operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
