Responsibility
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using modern technologies (e.g., Go, Python, Java, Node.js).
- Optimize system performance, ensuring low-latency, high-availability for global users.
- Lead security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
- Design and maintain APIs, microservices, and database schemas for seamless integration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, implementing proactive solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps and documentation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and adopt emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with expertise in distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or Node.js and frameworks like Django, Spring, or Express.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with security protocols (OAuth, JWT, encryption) and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to scale systems for high traffic and data volume.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
