Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and technical requirements.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices and code reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all backend systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in languages like Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
