Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs for industrial automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize robotic systems, ensuring seamless integration with production lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and system architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects.
- Develop and maintain HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA systems for real-time monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC 61131, ISO 13849) and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to operational teams on automated systems.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Industry 4.0, AI-driven automation, and IoT integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with robotic arms (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc) and vision systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permits sponsored for qualified candidates).
