Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for industrial automation and machine control.
- Lead the integration of robotic systems (e.g., collaborative robots, AGVs) into production lines to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and optimize automation scripts and algorithms for system testing, calibration, and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation systems, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, Industry 4.0) and recommend innovations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, with a focus on PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Beckhoff).
- Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development (e.g., WinCC, Ignition, FactoryTalk).
- Hands-on experience with robotic programming (e.g., KUKA, ABB, Fanuc) and motion control systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Certifications in automation standards (e.g., TÜV, ISA) are a plus.
