Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes to support healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., medical, finance, HR) to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental communication.
- Oversee scheduling, documentation, and reporting for healthcare programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and resource allocation for healthcare projects.
- Maintain confidential records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide executive support to senior management, including preparing presentations, meeting minutes, and strategic reports.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or healthcare management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with healthcare management software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, or quality assurance is an advantage.
