Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and record-keeping systems in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to streamline communication and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting for operational departments.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Handle guest inquiries and escalations with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, contracts, and service agreements.
- Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding, training coordination, and staff scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field; Bachelorâs degree is a plus.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and hospitality standards is a plus.
