Responsibility
- Lead and manage population health initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve health outcomes in targeted communities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs, to execute programs effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using data-driven metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency for assigned projects.
- Foster partnerships with local stakeholders to enhance community engagement and program reach.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
- Represent NHG Population Health in meetings, conferences, and public forums to advocate for health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, population health, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading successful health programs or initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and teams effectively.
- Experience working in multicultural environments or international health organizations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare software.
