Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage clinical research projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all research activities.
- Liaise with principal investigators, research staff, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of research data.
- Assist in the preparation of research protocols, consent forms, and study reports.
- Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide training and support to research team members as needed.
- Participate in data analysis and contribute to research publications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in data management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
