Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen SGH’s international partnerships and collaborations.
- Ensure clear articulation and governance of SGH’s global initiatives to maximize impact.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of international projects to ensure measurable value.
- Liaise with global stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, NGOs, and government bodies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on partnership progress and outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities for international collaboration and expansion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute partnership agreements and projects.
- Represent SGH at international conferences, forums, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or international relations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing and growing international collaborations.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
