Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen SGH’s international partnerships and collaborations.
  • Ensure clear articulation and governance of SGH’s global initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of international projects to ensure measurable value.
  • Liaise with global stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, NGOs, and government bodies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on partnership progress and outcomes.
  • Identify new opportunities for international collaboration and expansion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute partnership agreements and projects.
  • Represent SGH at international conferences, forums, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or international relations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing international collaborations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
