Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical governance frameworks to ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to optimize clinical operations, improve patient outcomes, and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior management to assess and mitigate governance and operational risks within the healthcare setting.
- Oversee the design and execution of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
- Facilitate training and development programs for clinical staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on clinical performance, governance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, clinical governance, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing clinical strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and data analysis tools (e.g., EHR, QMS) is a plus.
