Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy and allied health operations to ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement processes, and supply chain logistics for pharmacy and medical equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, vendors, and regulatory bodies to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols in all operational areas.
- Support the expansion of healthcare services by evaluating new opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and operational workflows in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, pharmacy laws, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
