Responsibility
- Lead the development of architectural designs, from conceptual sketches to detailed working drawings.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and alignment with design intent.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in architectural detailing and construction techniques.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Incorporate innovative materials and technologies to enhance project sustainability and efficiency.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, articulating creative vision and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino).
- In-depth knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Familiarity with Bali's architectural landscape and cultural context is advantageous.
