Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and review detailed working drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into cohesive design solutions.
- Oversee construction administration, including site visits, progress reviews, and quality control to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Mentor junior architects and design teams, fostering a culture of creativity, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to assess project viability and inform design decisions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in sustainable design, materials, and construction technologies to drive innovation.
- Present design proposals and progress updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; licensed architect (or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on detailed documentation and construction practices.
- Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software for design and drafting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in residential, commercial, or institutional architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards in Indonesia (or adaptability to local requirements).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with sustainable design principles (LEED, Green Mark, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
