Responsibility
- Lead the conceptual and schematic design of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client vision, budget, and regulatory standards.
- Develop detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications, using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Prepare and present design proposals, renderings, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and local cultural elements into projects to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in architectural practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
