Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design tailored ERP solutions.
- Provide expert-level support for Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 integrations, data migration, and system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and recommend best practices to clients.
- Create detailed documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (implementation, support, or consulting).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modules within Dynamics 365.
- Proven ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant or similar certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, AL development, or Extensions for Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
