Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, product managers) to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures.
- Design and optimize AI pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and ethical compliance (e.g., bias mitigation, explainability).
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients, demonstrating the value of GenAI through proofs-of-concept, demos, and ROI analyses.
- Develop custom integrations of Googleâs AI tools (Vertex AI, PaLM, Imagen) with client systems, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Stay ahead of AI trends (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, agentic AI) and evaluate emerging technologies for business impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Googleâs AI best practices, including documentation, tutorials, and open-source projects.
- Travel occasionally to Googleâs APAC offices (e.g., Singapore, Tokyo) for client engagements and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal systems).
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) with experience in model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI tools (Vertex AI, PaLM API, BigQuery ML) or equivalent cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI).
- Strong background in software engineering (APIs, microservices, CI/CD) and MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, TFX).
- Experience working with enterprise clients to design and deploy AI solutions at scale.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsâability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
