Responsibility
- Design and architect AI-native software solutions for mental healthcare applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and ethical AI practices.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI agents and models that enhance clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, healthcare professionals) to integrate AI into existing systems.
- Optimize AI algorithms for real-time processing, ensuring low latency and high accuracy in healthcare applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in AI development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology, and apply insights to improve our products.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and ethical AI standards in all development processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI models through feedback loops and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on software development and model deployment.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in software architecture and system design for AI applications.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and mental health technology is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
