Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable applications.
- Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning techniques as required by project needs.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies in all development processes.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and monitoring of AI models to maintain high standards of reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and apply innovative approaches to enhance our solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI software development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
