Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from assessment to implementation, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, NLP models, and automation frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
- Design and integrate APIs and microservices to enable seamless data flow between legacy and modern systems.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend AI/ML-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives, ensuring ROI and scalability.
- Provide expert consulting on AI adoption, change management, and digital strategy to C-suite executives.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends (e.g., generative AI, LLMs) and evaluate their applicability to client needs.
- Train and mentor client teams on AI tools and best practices for sustained digital growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an AI Consultant, Digital Transformation Lead, or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering, API integration, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of business process optimization and enterprise digital transformation methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certifications in AI, Agile, or Digital Transformation (e.g., AWS AI, PMP, Scrum) are a plus.
