Responsibility
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) to ensure high-quality, real-time data availability.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability using tools like Apache Spark, Airflow, or Kubernetes.
- Monitor and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
- Automate data validation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline AI/ML model deployment.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, MLOps, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or software development, with a focus on big data technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java and experience with data processing frameworks (Spark, Pandas, Dask).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Kafka, Databricks).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
